Narendra Kumar is a visionary, great administrator with an impeccable ability to transform goals into real action. In the current scenario, he is consistently working to protect mother cows. After successfully establishing and running three gaushalas, he aims to set up 100+ gaushalas in the next 5 years.

He is moving ahead with a master plan of transforming the villages of Bihar into smart villages under his Smart Village Initiative. His dream for the smart villages in Sitamarhi and other parts of Bihar include 100% rural electrification, strengthening healthcare infrastructure, encouraging young entrepreneurs, equipping them with skill development training programs, promoting self-help groups, and implementing digital education plans, improving solid waste management, and much more.
He has been working tirelessly for a new India and self-reliant India. He is the founding pillar behind Enterslice group of companies, Hindrise Social Welfare Foundation, and Aatmnirbhar Sena. Besides this, he is a supporter of Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. He is active and working vigorously as a board member of several companies in India. He brings close to 7+ years' experience in start-ups as CFO (Chief financial officer) &4 years' experience in CEO Roles with domain expertise in Management, Administration, Fintech, Retail, Digital Business, Consulting, Investment Banking, and Corporate Governance.

He has been actively supporting serval social reforms initiatives concerning children and women in UP and Bihar as Major Focus areas. He is also working as a mentor in several early-stage start-ups companies in India. He is willing to support innovative and young entrepreneurs who want to initiate their start-ups to solve the country's pressing problems. Furthermore, he is taking giant steps with the faith in his heart that promoting entrepreneurship can foster social and economic change in India. He believes that social activists should work for weaker sections of the society, and the road map of Aatma Nirbhar Bharat will go after India as the most favorite business destination for Start-ups. Narendra Kumar is encouraging startup ideas that can revolutionary transform the country in a positive manner.

Early Life and Education

Narendra Kumar was born in the city of Maa Janki (Sita Mata) Sitamarhi in the Year 1985. He belongs to an ordinary farmer family. He lived and studied in his paternal city Sitamarhi until the age of 17. After Completion of School education, he shifted to Noida for further higher studies. As a young boy, he was very keen to serve the nation, always inspired by the stories of Indian Armed forces and staunch followers of Swami VivekaNand and dreamt of working for the motherland's progress. After Studying CA & CS, he worked for 10+ years in several senior management roles. Later he formed NGOs, following and implementing Aatmnirbhar Bharat`s Mission and actively serving nation. He has served many underprivileged lives through his NGOs and is readily working on the strategies to uplift the way of living of those who are battling against the COVID-19 outburst all over India. He feels that meeting the socio-economic requirements of impoverished lives has become the need of the hour.

The Aatam Nirbhar Bharat

On May 12, 2020, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has stated his vision of Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan to extend support Indian economy amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The Self Employment is the only beneficial tool to drive India towards Aatma Nirbhar Bharat. It will lead to the generation of employment in several folds. He believes if we can create five crores self-employment under Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Initiative, it will create 50 crores jobs in India. This initiative can help India to become a $ 5 Trillion Economy by 2022.

Narendra Kumar is working towards the execution of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji's dream of 'New India' that is defined by the Shri Narendra Modi Ji's motto of #AatmaNirbharBharat.

Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji believes that being self-reliant or Atmanirbhar is the only way through which the resurgence of the Indian economy would take place. Before March 2020, there was zero production of PPE in India, but after that, India is actively walking ahead on the progressive path to become self-reliant by manufacturing two lakh N95 masks and two lakh PPE kits per day.

This year, in May, the Indian government has announced fiscal & monetary assistance of Rs. 21 lakh crore to support the country in recovering the destruction caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Narendra Kumar is gearing up to fulfill Modiji's dream of turning crisis into an opportunity by increasing the manufacturing or production of those products that we import from other nations.
